- 2.5 oz Spring 44 gin
- 1 slice lemon, cut in half
- 2 fresh mint leaves, for muddling
- a sprig of fresh mint, for garnish
- 1 Luxardo cherry (or make your own)
- 10 oz seltzer (aka farty water)
- In a pint glass muddle mint leaves with lemon slices and cherry.
- Add gin.
- Add seltzer.
- Add ice until the glass is filled.
- Garnish with sprig of mint and enjoy!
