Another inspiration from Mark’s Daily Apple, this is a staple comfort food in our house. It makes a big batch so there’s always leftovers for reheating, or serving with eggs, or making pizza with. 😉
Lemon (or any citrus) Curd
I make this at least twice a year as a gift for my Gram since it’s her favorite. It’s the perfect accompaniment for so many things, and it goes quickly at any tea party. I’ve used this same recipe to make any other citrus curd by swapping out the lemon for orange, lime, or grapefruit – so good!
Perfect Pan-Roasted Chicken Thighs or Breasts
This is a fast, easy staple in our house.
Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookie Bars
For those Twix cravings, but with way better ingredients.
Porchetta
Savory, fatty, and moist boneless pork loin roast wrapped in pork belly and layered with herbs, fennel, garlic, and citrus.
Momofuku Steamed Pork Buns
Everybody loves David Chang’s buns!
Salted Caramel Apple Tart
Super easy way to please the crowds with a decadent dessert after some apple picking. Even better with a scoop of Mt Tom’s vanilla ice cream.
Rosemary Creamed Corn
Beautiful, fresh corn all creamy and buttery with herbs.
Coconut Crusted Cod with Caprese Salad
Beautiful summer entree with fresh flavors.
Gianduja Gelato
You need an ice cream maker for this decadent hazelnut treat. I spent some time house sitting for Jess where I was able to make good use of hers.
