Ingredients
- 1 oz rhubarb shrub
 - 2 oz gin
 - 3 oz Fever Tree ginger beer
 - lemon or lime wedge or wheel for garnish
 - lemon thyme sprig for garnish
 - ice
 
Directions
- Pour rhubarb shrub and gin into a rocks glass.
 - Add a few ice cubes and top with ginger beer.
 - Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge or wheel and a sprig of fresh lemon thyme.
 - Sip and enjoy.
