Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
 - 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 small onion diced fine
 - 2 slices bread
 - 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
 - 1 1/4 tablespoons poultry seasoning
 - 3 medium potatoes peeled, cut into small pieces and boiled until tender but not mushy
 - 1/2 cup water
 
Directions
- In frying pan, cook meats with onions and add seasoning
 - Drain excess fat, then put pan back over low-medium heat
 - Break bread into bite-sized pieces and add to pan, stirring to mix in well with the seasoned meat
 - Add cooked potatoes to pan along with the 1/2 cup of water, stirring to mix
 - If the mix appears to dry, ass more water a little at a time but not more than an additional 1/2 cup
