Ingredients

  • 8 oz grated Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or apple juice
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of ground red pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve with crackers and/or slices of apple or pear.
