Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons stoneground mustard
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons honeyjuice of 1/2 fresh lemon
 - 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
 - a pinch of rosemary
 - cayenne pepper
 - black pepper
 - salt
 
* adjust ingredient amounts to the size of your meat
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and slather up your meat with it before grilling or roasting in the oven.
I love to put this on lamb chops, salmon, chicken and pork.
