Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
 - 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
 - 3/4 cup corn meal
 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 1 cup skim milk
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 2 egg whites
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
 - Grease an 8 inch square pan
 - Combine dry ingredients
 - Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just incorporated
 - Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan and bake 20 minutes (edges should be just golden brown and a toothpick to the center of the bread should come out clean.
 
This bread is sweet to the bite, and burns after the swallow.
