AKA Pepper Joe’s Island Hot Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 habanero peppers
 - 2 carrots
 - 1 onion
 - 6 cloves of garlic
 - 1/2 tablespoon salt
 - 1/4 tablespoon white pepper
 - 1 lime
 - 8 tablespoons white vinegar
 
Directions
- Cut habaneros in half and remove seeds.
 - Drop in boiling water for 30 seconds to blanch.
 - Remove peppers. Add onion, carrots, and garlic to boiling water and cook until tender.
 - Squeeze juice from lime, combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend on high.
