Cannoli Dip

Volume 20: 2024

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar, sifted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix cheese, sugar, zest, and extract together with a spoon (use a whisk or electric mixer if lumpy at all).
  2. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Serve with anise pizzelles (easy to find in a grocery store if you don’t feel like making them).
