Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar, sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix cheese, sugar, zest, and extract together with a spoon (use a whisk or electric mixer if lumpy at all).
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Serve with anise pizzelles (easy to find in a grocery store if you don’t feel like making them).
