• 3/4 oz gin (I prefer Mt Tom Gin from Murr-ma Distilling Co. in Easthampton, MA)
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • a dash of orange bitters
  • fresh thyme and orange slices for garnish


  • Chill coupe or rocks glass
  • Combine gin, Aperol, Lillet Blanc, lime juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake
  • Strain and pour into glass (with or without ice depending on preference)
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and an orange slice
