Ingredients
- 3/4 oz gin (I prefer Mt Tom Gin from Murr-ma Distilling Co. in Easthampton, MA)
 - 3/4 oz Aperol
 - 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
 - 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
 - a dash of orange bitters
 - fresh thyme and orange slices for garnish
 
Directions
- Chill coupe or rocks glass
 - Combine gin, Aperol, Lillet Blanc, lime juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake
 - Strain and pour into glass (with or without ice depending on preference)
 - Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and an orange slice
