Ingredients
Hot chili mayo or yogurt
- 2/3 cup mayo or greek yogurt
 - 2 scallions,chopped
 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha
 - a squeeze of fresh lime juice
 
Meatballs
- 1 pound ground pork
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
 - 2 scallions, chopped
 - 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
 - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha
 - 1 teaspoon pepper
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 splash of hot chili sesame oil for the meatballs, and another splash for cooking
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
 - Put a splash of sesame oil on a baking sheet and spread it around to slightly grease the sheet.
 - Stir all mayo or yogurt ingredients together in a small bowl and chill until meatballs are ready
 - Mix all meatballs ingredients together by hand in a bowl.
 - Roll into small meatballs and set on the baking sheet.
 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning each meatball over about half way through.
