Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup rye flakes
  • 1/2 cup seedless raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried dates
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator.
  2. Have 1/4 cup for breakfast with milk (eat as you would cereal).
