Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup rye flakes
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dried dates
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator.
- Have 1/4 cup for breakfast with milk (eat as you would cereal).
