• 2 oz gin (my preference is murr-ma Mt Tom gin)
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz lavender simple
  • seltzer
  • lemon wheel for garnish
  • ice


  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, lavender simple, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake
  2. Strain into a pint-sized mason jar filled with ice
  3. Top with seltzer, garnish with lemon wheel and serve
