Ingredients

Crust:

  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • a pinch of salt

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
