Makes one large pancake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
Directions
- Mix together the dry ingredients
- Add vanilla
- Add milk a little at a time until you have a runny batter
- Pour into a hot pan and cook on each side
