Ingredients
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- a dash of vanilla, optional (it’s already sweet and flavorful enough without)
Directions
- Put can of coconut milk in the refrigerator upside down overnight, or for several hours
- Put bowl and beaters in freezer for a few minutes before whipping.
- Turn can upright and open it, moving it as little as possible
- Spoon the top layer of cream into cold mixing bowl (save the liquid separately and use for whatever else)
- Add a dash of vanilla, if desired
- Whip the coconut cream with hand mixer with cold beaters until it looks like whipped cream
- Serve on top of something delicious, or spoon into your mouth and love it 😛
