Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann’s works great)
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
Directions
- Drain and chop artichokes. Combine all ingredients and put in a small casserole/baking dish. Bake (can be microwaved as well) for 30 minutes at 350 uncovered.
- Sprinkle with paprika when it comes out of the oven. Serve warm with crackers.
