The most divine dessert for a chocolate peanut butter combo lover.
Peanut Butter Cookies Dipped in Dark Chocolate Sprinkled with Sea Salt
When your boss loves peanut butter cookies, this is the ideal treat to bring to work for his birthday.
Tan-Tan Chicken and Snow Peas
Snow peas tossed in a peanut sauce that is just a little sweet, a little savory, and has a touch of heat.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies
The salty peanut butter cookie topped with the tart berry jam was wonderful and very satisfying as a sweet snack. What’s even better is that with the lacks of eggs in this cookie, you can eat the dough!
Rocky Cookies
This cookie is hearty. It can be made with every ingredient in the list, or only a few of them. You can play with combinations for flavor such as pumpkin and walnut, or chocolate and cherries, or sunflower and raisin. Personally, I love to have a little bit of dark chocolate, lots of different fruits (prune, fig, raisin, cranberry), some wheat berries, a mixture of flours (barley and whole wheat)- a little bit of everything.
Peanut Butter Dog Treats
Recipe adapted from Three Dog Bakery cookbook.
Peanut Butter Brownies
This recipe takes my favorite plain-ole brownies and dresses them up with natural peanut butter. I made them for a party recently and a friend commented that they reminded him of Thai food. If you execute the swirling technique properly they look like a beautifully striped tiger.
Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
If it’s not great grilling weather, the chicken can easily be pan seared instead. The flavor ends up a bit different, but still delicious.
Healthier Peanut Butter Cookies
While reaching for the ginormous bag of brown sugar and tub of Crisco I had a flashback to a healthier recipe that I’d seen for the ever-loved peanut butter cookie. Something a little more hippy-dippy. And something that I had all of the ingredients for already in the house. 😉
Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
That peanut butter chocolate combo again.
