We’ve got a peach tree in our yard here at the Two Tone Tavern. Despite it being super small, we’ve been inundated with a huge harvest of fresh, beautiful peaches.

Peach Tart
I used local peaches from the Open Square Farmer’s Market in Holyoke. I baked them into the pillowy love of a goat cheese custard and it was a marriage made in heaven.
